SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Individuals in this position are responsible to safely and efficiently perform a variety of tasks involved in the construction site while supporting the overall project.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean work area, inside and outside of houses
- Pick/sweep all garbage on floor
- Organize tools, hoses, and other equipment.
- Relieve other job positions (within the same scope) when needed
- Locking and unlocking houses
- Moving dirt from work area.
- Regularly use of hand tool

Qualifications
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged standing, repetitive motion, and climbing.
- Regularly walk for long periods of time
- Regularly bend or twist the body
- Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull object(s) weighing up to 40 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposures to fumes, dust, odors, and loud noises
- Outdoors/indoors in various weather conditions.
