Responsibilities:
- Assist the Creative Director in the supervision and mentoring of junior creatives
- Lead a piece of business with passion, vision, and maturity
- Collaborate and closely partner with your Account and Strategy counterparts. Successfully integrate into the larger team and positively influence our work environment and agency culture.
- Develop and implement creative strategy
- Critique and direct revision of creative work
- Prepare creative work for internal and client review
- Approve of creative work before implementation of overall creative strategy
- Prepare and facilitate creative presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Interview prospective talent, offer feedback and approve of new hires brought onto the team
- Provide detailed information and cost estimates to assure accurate data on which to plan and develop functional objectives and budgets, leading to stable and profitable accounts
- Participate in new business efforts as directed
- Willing to be based out of or relocate to Chicago, ILmetro area. Relocation assistance is offered to candidates willing to relocate
- Client communication plan and campaign objectives are met.
