What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Lead position at Barkman Honey?
The fulfillment lead for online orders and creator of unboxing for premium brands.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You lead the fulfillment function, manage scheduling of team members, assign and monitor workload and output.
- You monitor product quality across fulfillment and warehoused inventory.
- You participate in fulfillment prepping, packaging and shipping orders
- You manage sample requests, internal shipping needs and other tasks as needed.
- You hold the team accountable to meet fulfillment efficiency measures and regularly report to the team regarding metrics, wins and opportunities for improvement.
- You address a variety of shipping issues in a timely manner and suggest improvement opportunities regularly.
TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You can effectively lead a team, creating an efficient yet fun environment.
- You have the ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and hand carry heavy boxes and crates up to 50 pounds.
- You are extremely critical of work output.
- You are a great multi-tasker and can manage a variety of tasks with ease.
- You are eager for feedback, a team player and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
