Ideally, the candidate will possess:
Extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of digital dental technology (scan, design, milling, printing).
3shape experience in Implants, Crown & Bridge, and Removables
There are 8 mills, 13 printers, 4 scanners and 13 team members on this team.
A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams of dental technicians.
The ability to maintain and enhance quality standards and departmental throughput.
Knowledge or experience in scaling CAD/CAM operations within a dental laboratory setting.
We require a manager who can not only lead but also provide technical guidance and support to our team.
