Removables Technician Realign/Repair

Removable technicians specializing in realignment and repair of dental appliances to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our dental laboratory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and comfort of removable dental prosthetics for our patients.

· Willing to do anything and everything in the Denture department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Follow dentists’ prescriptions and technical specifications.

· Create models based on impressions or digital files.

· Set teeth in denture base.

· Make necessary adjustments for proper fit and functionality.

· Choose appropriate material based on specifications.

· Customize to match patient’s natural teeth, gum color, and facial features.

· Ensure proper alignment.

· Repair and reline prosthetics.

· Perform quality control checks throughout the process.

Hazardous Materials and/or Equipment:

· Motors

· Handpieces

· Lathes

· Flames

· Boiling water

· Chemicals

· Flammables

Required Experience/Education:

· Proven experience as a Removable Dental Technician, specializing in realignments and repairs.

· Proficiency in dental laboratory techniques, materials, and equipment.

· Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and oral health principles.

· Certification or licensure as a Dental Technician (preferred but not required).

· Read, write and speak English.

· Legally eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

· Able to stand, sit and walk for varying lengths of time.

· Good dexterity of arms and hands for detailed work.
