Summary:
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to help build, drive, optimize and measure direct marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsible for creating and managing target audience lists and analyzing performance metrics of outbound direct marketing campaigns. This position will oversee the MCIF/CRM system, specifically operating and maintaining the software to evaluate existing products, identify potential opportunities for product/service development, generate promotional mail, create manager reports and perform data analysis. Responsible for ensuring that the marketing database systems are updated and in balance with the core operating systems. Utilizes the marketing database systems to transform member and prospective member information into actionable sales and marketing strategies to acquire, retain and cultivate profitable member relationships. Information and input from this position is a key contribution to the tactical implementation of the marketing plan.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college/university. Preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Coursework in marketing helpful, as is market research, product development and/or digital marketing experience.
- Must be a creative thinker and problem solver as well as possess and display strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Possess the ability to strategically plan marketing campaigns using data provided by a variety of sources.
- Must have the ability to generate ratios and graphs for various management reports.
