A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET RESORT ASSISTANT MANAGER
As a Pet Resort Assistant Manager, each day is an exhilarating journey. Your job is to oversee our operations in boarding, daycare, and grooming, and you always have your eye on how we can improve our operations. A people person, you enjoy fostering client and staff relations. In addition, you ensure that our facility remains in tip-top condition.
As part of your duties, you assist with recruiting and training great staff members and overseeing client communications. Your role extends beyond our resort as you help develop community relations. With exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you effortlessly multitask and form great relationships with our clients, team members, and community members. Each day brings unique challenges and you enjoy creating a haven for our furry guests!

YOUR HOURS AS A PET RESORT ASSISTANT MANAGER
This position works a full-time schedule that varies depending on the needs of the resort. You will be on call for staff call-outs and shortages. Weekend and holiday availability will be needed.
