What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Barley Creek Brewing Co?

Dishwasher:
Responsible for dishwashing and overall kitchen upkeep, with potential to learn additional kitchen skills such as prep and cooking – training will be provided for the right candidate.
Prior experience: helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Adhere to sanitation standards and guidelines.
- Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Available nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
On December 15, 1995, Eileen and Trip Ruvane opened Barley Creek Brewing Company, the first microbrewery in the Pocono Mountains since Prohibition.
