Barley Creek is a fast paced - upscale casual restaurant in Tannersville, PA. To keep our guests happy we need to keep the members of our team happy. For a business to succeed each member of the team contributes. Compensation is competitive. Education is continuous and a life work balance is something we try to make happens. The Line Cook position is generally offered part time or full time. The start time for the breakfast position is early but not that early as we open for 8:01. Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, grill gook, fry cook, Pizza Expert, Chef is very helpful but we're willing to train the right person.

As a Line Cook, your primary responsibilities involve the accurate preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation. Your dedication to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace is crucial, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Collaboration with kitchen colleagues is essential to delivering a seamless and satisfying dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items as per recipe specifications.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.
Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
Maintain ServSafe Certification within 3 months of employment.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
Prior experience as a cook (highly encouraged).
