What are the responsibilities and job description for the Municipal Finance Attorney position at Barley Snyder?
Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for a municipal finance and/or bond attorney.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse practice with immediate significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney, with substantial experience (at least 2-4 years) in municipal/tax exempt financing [including governmental bonds, 501(c)(3), healthcare and public/private infrastructure related financings] and/or tax credit related transactions, including those involving new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits.
Experience in a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a candidate with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and an excellent work ethic.
