What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Barlow Well Drilling?
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
- Assist managers with tasks as required, follow up with proposal, invoices
-Light cleaning including sweep, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Excel, Word
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide project coordination support as assigned
`Requirements`
-Outgoing, willing to engage with customers
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines is desirable
