We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing memorable events and possess exceptional customer service skills. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution, ensuring that each event meets the client's expectations and runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering services, transportation, and accommodations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services at competitive rates.
- Implement effective event marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors in hospitality, catering, hotels, and restaurants to enhance service offerings.
