About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to support our internal Support & Success Team. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to exceptional phone support and customer service as we scale. The right candidate will be driven, eager to listen and learn, and a natural problem solver. Technical interest and aptitude will be essential in becoming a product expert in Barn Owl hardware, software, and service products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Tier One & Two customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Document all communications in Gorgias Support Suite
- Escalate support and sales opportunities when appropriate
- Implement Customer Support strategies in cooperation with Director of Customer Success & Support
- Identify and capture key content ideas for distribution via email, website, or social media
- Exercise composure, resilience, and flexibility as our business grows and support volume changes
