Barn2Door is a high growth food tech startup HQ in Nashville, TN ( an office in Seattle, WA). We offer an all-in-one solution to help Farmers grow and manage their direct-to-market business. Barn2Door provides Software and Services to help Farmers increase sales, access more customers and save time.

Overview

In this role as the Creative and UX Marketing Specialist at Barn2Door you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team, and have the opportunity to participate in the creative process inside a startup. This role will include a variety of creative and technical opportunities, such as ad creative, branded assets, and UI/UX design. To be successful in this role you need to possess creative talent, and be curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, technology- adept, and self-motivated. This full time role is ideal for creative marketers with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

You are:

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environments while delivering quality results
• Passionate about graphic design and creating visually appealing marketing assets
• Excellent at organizing, planning, and communicating with other team members
• Knowledgeable in designing and optimizing website UI/UX
• Skilled in optimizing web pages for conversions, performance, SEO, and accessibility

You Will:

• Design creative assets such as: ads, website banners, thumbnails, email templates, social graphics, and other branded graphic assets
• Assist in all design steps for creative assets, including planning, execution, and revision
• Design website assets such as landing pages, wire frames, user flows, and other visual assets
• Manage all steps for page launch/updates, including lead gen forms, tracking scripts, and more
• Be expected to hit certain milestones, deadlines and metrics

You Have:

• Experience in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Proven experience with graphic design and UI/UX
• Familiarity using Website Builders (Squarespace is a plus but not required)
• Basic HTML/CSS coding skills
• Knowledge and passion for design and UI/UX best practices and trends
• Bonus: Experience with short and long-form video content, as well as motion graphics
