About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at Barnabas Health Medical Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple practice locations, ensuring a safe and compassionate experience for patients and their families, as well as a supportive and productive practice environment for our providers and staff.
You will also be responsible for supervising practice site business and clinical functions, including front desk, medical records, nursing, and ancillary services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration preferred.
In addition, you will need 3-5 years of experience in group practice management of multiple locations, as well as critical thinking and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise practice site business and clinical functions.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services.
- Develop, plan, and budget on a strategic, tactical, and operational level for and with each practice.
- Routinely review management reporting data to ensure operations are performing to budget and identify ways to improve efficiency.
