Barnacle Parking Enforcement Solutions is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! The Marketing Coordinator will work out of our office in Edison, New Jersey. This position is one that will require the candidate to possess an ability to be pragmatic and easily adjust their duties / responsibilities to match any changes in environment or market trends. You must be able to thrive in a start-up environment and have flexibility and adaptability in an environment where the job duties can vary from one day to the next.

Essential Job Functions :

• Managing the companys social media channels;
• Creating and scheduling posts;
• Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end;
• Tracking performance analytics;
• Developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies;
• Overseeing the execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and activities across various platforms and channels;
• Collaborating with product development and sales teams;
• Monitoring customer engagement and driving content optimization;
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends and opportunities;
• Creating engaging text, image and video content;
• Research target audiences, identifying which social media platforms they use;
• Explore current social media trends, and find ways to leverage them;
• Foster brand awareness;
• Develop a social media posting schedule based on web traffic and other customer metrics;
• Train new employees on the best practices for social media;
• Other duties as assigned.
