Job Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate due to project locations both domestically and internationally.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in related CQC management on large civil construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in various climates and environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of Quality programs for the Project, including oversight of direct hire work and Sub-Contractor programs/plans.
- Maintains client liaison and communication for Project's quality activities, as directed by the Project Manager.
- Reviews, audits, and surveys Quality activities across the Project direct hire execution and Sub-Contractors, advising and reporting quality problems and progress to management.
