Job Description
Barnard Donegan Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to maintain and grow our book of Home, Auto, and other personal insurance products. You will be responsible for reviewing and advising on new business, renewals, and endorsements as well as provide a personalized experience to all clients.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of personal attention to prospective and existing customers
- Quote new business and re-market existing business
- Gather information and evaluate clients’ needs against available insurance products for each client
- Provide coaching on personal insurance policy options upon request
- Extensive knowledge and ability to complete various Acord forms
- Ability to accurately deliver policy and endorsement documentations in a timely manner
- Manage account receivables for direct bill and agency bill accounts, as well as accounts setup on premium financing
- Ability to round accounts and sell other policies
- Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (required)
- 2 years insurance service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office (required)
- AMS360 experience a plus
- Must be pro-active, team player and ready to hit the ground running!
Salary : $15 - $25
