Job Description:
We are looking for a goal-oriented Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate should have an active Property and Casualty License and 5 years of commercial insurance experience. You will need to possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and work well in a team environment. We offer a competitive compensation package and great benefits and perks! The base salary for this position is $55,000 - $90,000.
This position is primarily in the office but may qualify to work from home from time to time.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions.
- Ensure policy quotes include accurate ratings, coverages, and other details as needed.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions.
- Reach out to clients promptly to ensure consistent communication.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Texas Property and Casualty License Required
- 5 years' experience in commercial lines accounts management. Experience with Transportation, construction (including surety), or Hospitality is a BONUS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software.
- Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
