Duties

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
