Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications, traps, and exclusion techniques.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for pest control tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Experience with sales techniques is beneficial for promoting additional services to clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
