Start date : 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier
Ratios : 4 : 1 but does occasional flex to 5 : 1
Years of experience REQ : Usually 3 years of experience required, will look at 2-3 years experience if they have level I trauma center experience and one travel assignment
First-timers accepted : No
Weekend REQ : every other
Certs REQ : ACLS, BCLS
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted : No, 75 mile radius
Pending License accepted : Yes
RTO Restrictions : please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract

Special Requirements : Interpretation & mgmt. of dysrhythmias, EPIC, Level I Trauma experience

Unit Specific Information
Unit Specific Skills checklist is required within 1 year of start. Require Oncology / Outpatient Oncology / Infusion Center skills checklist for Med Surg-Oncology Unit. If the candidate states they do not have oncology experience, escalate to BJC lead for next steps.
Additional Details
Government issued ID required. For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver's license.
AHA Only Certification requirements by unit are housed in the unit descriptions available in the facility's profile page. Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until official card is issued.
