Guaranteed Hours : 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
Special Requirements : ortho, neuro, general weakness, pain, we have therapists with advanced training in LSVT BIG for Parkinsons, vestibular, and pelvic floor, however these are not required for agency therapist.

Unit Specific Information
Unit Specific Skills checklist is required within 1 year of start. Require Oncology / Outpatient Oncology / Infusion Center skills checklist for Med Surg-Oncology Unit. If the candidate states they do not have oncology experience, escalate to BJC lead for next steps.

Government issued ID required. For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver's license.
AHA Only Certification requirements by unit are housed in the unit descriptions available in the facility's profile page. Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until official card is issued.
AHA only. AHA PALS RQI is acceptable : CL - refer to facility level requirement for PALS RQI. Facilities may require quarterly renewal and class transcript. If there is no facility-level requirement listed, reach out to the program manager to confirm facility’s policy before accepting PALS RQI. Uploaders : Please use 2 year expiration date unless otherwise stated in facility description. Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until official card is issued.
