About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide superior customer service, support store leaders in retail operations, and contribute to creating a vibrant hub of college life and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through friendly interactions and positive attitude.
- Support store operations, including equipment operation and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to prescribed recipes and techniques.
- Set up and restock displays, and maintain food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 16 years old.
- Previous food handling experience preferred.
- Confident communication skills and ability to engage customers.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
