You support new booksellers through mentorship and guidance, helping them to learn about books and our first-class service standards for our customers. You deliver an engaging experience for our customers through your ability to build rapport, your friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help them find the perfect book, gift, or beverage. You support the cluster structure and work collaboratively for the betterment of all stores in the cluster.
