Resposibilities:
- Load fixtures, tools, and programs; perform offsets and probe cycles
- Swap tooling and fixtures between jobs with minimal downtime
- Read blueprints/CAD drawings and make appropriate G code adjustments
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM to ensure 0.0005 accuracy
- Diagnose issues (tool wear, chatter, program errors) and implement fixes
- Log setup sheets, inspection records, and machine maintenance
- Determine the appropriate tooling, work holding, and machining process needed to produce a high-quality metal part.
- Produce high quality products.

Skills:
- 5 years' experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques
