CNC Co-Op Responsibilities
- Move/Load materials, set-up and produce sawn/machined parts on various CNC equipment (Haas, Johnford, Mazak, Tsune, etc).
- Inspect parts to engineering specification and maintain quality records according to work instructions.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in assigned work areas.
- Load programs as needed and adjust zero shift or references, set tool registers, and offsets.
- Notify supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunction; Troubleshoot malfunctions as needed and report the need for repairs.
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and needs.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures, including abiding by all company and government required safety regulations and requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, such as assembly and other material handling related assignments.
- Self-motivated and team oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills required.
- Working Knowledge of basic Math, and the Ability to use Measuring Tools.
- Read and understand standard and geometric tolerances on blueprints

- Enrolled in High School Diploma; Trade School Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year prior machining and/or manufacturing experience.
