Your Role Youre fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. Youll teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrows leaders. Youll work with the store Assistant Managers closely, so select people well for that position. As you probably know, its all about developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals!
Youre also responsible for all the details, including meeting store goals and metrics, developing great relationships with our customers and growing the business, the important audit and compliance work that goes with retail operations.
Open availability is a must, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary to apply. A combination of college credits and related work experience isn't mandatory but will be helpful to you in this position. Wed like to see at least five years of progressively responsible retail experience. Please be able demonstrate an engaging leadership style, relationship-building and coaching skills, a well rounded understanding of technology, and a sense of drive and purpose that comes with an engaged leader. Were also going to look closely at your ability to communicate throughout the time we get to know one another. One last note, youll need reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance in order to perform some leadership roles.
