Responsibilities:
- Guide, direct, and support a fleet of CDL drivers for on-time, safe deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and staff to foster fleet retention.
- Serve as a driver advocate, ensuring smooth internal communication and support.
- Maximize driver pay and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer, driver, and company goals while maintaining safety initiatives.
- Relay customer communication to drivers effectively.
