Essential Duties of this Opportunity:

• Administrative Assistant support for the sales department
• Market analysis
• Business Lead Generation, prospecting
• Data entry
• Customer follow up
• Generate and post job files
• Assist with project management, service work orders, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements, etc
• Reports to Dealership Manager

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
• Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
• Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
• Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
• Ability to ask questions and uncover information while simultaneously recording the information
• Ability to uncover potential work and direct leads to appropriate person
