Job Description :
- Reconcile job tickets and daily time sheets, ensuring accurate input into FCC.
- Review upcoming jobs daily and effectively communicate with trucking companies.
- Receive trucking requests from team members and manage accordingly.
- Preferred knowledge of FMCSA Carrier Ratings and DOT Compliance.
- Engage carriers via phone and email for logistics communication.
- Select carriers for awarded shipments based on requirements.
- Track and monitor the shipment process to ensure timely delivery.
- Preview jobs for the next day and communicate relevant information to crews.
- Demonstrate teamwork in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Be prepared for potential weekend and after-hours on-call duties.
