Construction Manager: The Construction Manager (Electrical) is responsible for leading project activities by ensuring the performance of any work that becomes necessary to accomplish the goal of commissioning the project at the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support one or more teams/foremen in pursuit of electrical commissioning. ( one -Community)
• Provide input on, understand, and communicate the overall electrical project scope, plans and specifications to teams to ensure their success. ( full -Commitment)
• Demonstrate and expect first-time excellence on all jobs performed. ( true -Craftsmanship)
• Provide instruction and skill development for team members to ensure work is performed, and the company is represented with, trust and integrity. (high -Character)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Solar experience preferred.
• Large subcontract management
• 10 years of Electrical experience
