Responsibilities:
- Focusing on contacting and qualifying customer contacts within identified accounts to perform second-level discovery, uncover concerns, needs, and opportunities.
- Presenting Barnhart's capabilities using virtual meeting technology that address items uncovered in the discovery process.
- Prospecting and developing in-bound leads from Marketing streams.
- Nurturing customer relationships using various outreach tools, maintaining contact, and developing customer understanding of Barnhart's capabilities until they are ready to meet directly with Branch team members.
- Managing all CRM activity relating to sales processes.
- Following up with Sales teams to ensure complete and thorough customer hand-offs.
