Route 20 Tank Wash office is based out of North East, PA. We are a growing organization looking to hire a Tank Wash Associate. We offer an exciting and fast paced environment with rewarding results. This is an opportunity to join a great, fun, and caring team!
Responsibilities:
- Some invoicing and data entry will be required
- Perform tank cleaning- cleaning tankers for our food grade and non-food grade through our CIP system (Clean In Place)
- Tank facility maintenance/clean
- Heel removal in tanks
- Wash exterior of trucks and trailers
- Sweeping floors
- Maintain facilities and grounds to promote a clean, productive, and safe work environment
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education: High School diploma / GED equivalent
- At least one-year experience in construction and general labor
- Experience with yard truck preferred
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking a must
- Able to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish responsibilities with limited supervision
- Dependable, reliable and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work with a variety of products
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb on and off equipment, bend, kneel, reach, stand and squat
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and inclement weather
