Business Analyst: The Business Analyst role supports the project planning team in utilizing data to help inform the decision making of Division Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Project Managers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with sales and operations teams to gather and organize information in a digestible way, then presents it clearly to leadership to help with decision-making. (one-Community)
- Assists in creating and maintaining project schedules, trend reports, and profit forecasts for projects. Collaborates with the project planning and financial teams to monitor business wide key performance indicators (KPI's). Participates in the maintenance of software solutions that the organization may opt to use such as Procore and IFS. (full-Commitment)
- Translates concepts into functional outputs in a clear manner that results in the delivery of actionable information. Utilizes PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project to translate data into schedules, diagrams and charts to provide direction to business stakeholders. (true-Craftsmanship)
- Assists with the interpretation of data into feasible options and communicates these back to the respective stakeholders.
