Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Record maintenance data accurately, adhering to system requirements.
- Data Verification: Cross-check entered data against source documents for accuracy.
- Data Management: Manage the database effectively, maintaining data integrity.
- Quality Control: Identify and correct errors, eliminate duplicate entries, and maintain data consistency.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to aid decision-making.
- Document Management: Process and file physical documents related to maintenance tasks.
- Communication: Liaise with maintenance staff and departments to exchange information and facilitate updates.
- Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies and regulations.
