- Record accurate maintenance data into the system.
- Verify data accuracy through cross-referencing source documents.
- Effectively manage the database, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Regularly check for errors, remove duplicates, maintain data consistency.
- Prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Process and file physical documents related to maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and departments to facilitate information exchange and updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and organized individual.
- Ability to plan, prioritize tasks.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
