- Verify data accuracy through cross-referencing with source documents.
- Manage the database efficiently, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular checks to identify errors, remove duplicates, and maintain data consistency.
- Prepare detailed reports to aid decision-making.
- Handle physical documents related to maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with maintenance staff and departments to facilitate information exchange and updates.
