Job Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Enter maintenance data into the system accurately, including work orders, equipment details, and maintenance schedules.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing source documents or other reference materials.
- Data Management: Update and maintain the database, creating new records, updating existing entries, ensuring data security, and confidentiality.
- Quality Control: Regularly check for errors, remove duplicates, ensure data consistency.
- Reporting: Generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and relevant metrics to support decision-making.
- Document Management: Handle physical documents related to maintenance, scanning, indexing, filing appropriately.
- Communication: Coordinate with maintenance staff and other departments to gather necessary data, ensure timely updates.
- Compliance: Ensure data entry practices comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask.
