Barn Salesman

Position Type: Full-time

Shift Type: First

Hours: 40 Hours; M-F, with some Saturdays

Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting barns based on their requirements
• Provide details on product information, features and benefits to customers
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and products
• Generate leads through prospecting and networking
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate deliver and installation schedules
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
• Computer knowledge, examples – emails, MS Office, building quoter program, Maestro is a plus but can train
• Will make own appointments
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
