What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely load, strap, and deliver materials and equipment to customers and vendors
- Conduct DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections using our digital tools (Whip-Around, BisTrack)
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch on delivery status and jobsite updates
- Ensure all deliveries are on time and accurate, with customer confirmations
- Support our mission by representing Barnsco with professionalism and integrity
- Follow all FMCSA/DOT safety standards, including hands-free operation and strapping regulations
- Use GPS routing to avoid unsafe conditions (construction zones, one-way streets, etc.)
- Keep your vehicle clean, damage-free, and DOT compliant
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CDL Class A License
- 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and safety standards
- Willingness to submit to background and drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and maneuver loads safely
- Experience using mobile apps for inspections and delivery tracking is a plus
