- Lead and mentor a talented maintenance team while staying hands-on with equipment troubleshooting
- Oversee and improve our preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and Texas labor laws
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and engineering
- Keep detailed maintenance logs, manage vendors, and drive capital improvement projects
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, schematics, mechanical blueprints, and troubleshooting
- Prior experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
- Bonus if you have experience in rebar, steel, or heavy manufacturing
- Flexible and reliable—on-call availability when needed
