Reporting to: Dispatch Manager

What You'll Do:
Safely load, strap, and tie down materials/equipment, ensuring proper transport from Barnsco to customers and vendors.
Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is ready for the road in compliance with DOT/FMCSA standards.
Drive with safety as a top priority, ensuring all deliveries are made on time and according to the route plan.
Maintain clear communication with the Dispatcher and Fleet Manager about your delivery status, potential delays, or changes to the route.
Provide exceptional service, helping customers with unloading and confirming deliveries.
Complete necessary documentation and reports in the BisTrack app.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient operation.
What We're Looking For:
✅ CDL Class A license with 2 years of driving experience
✅ High school diploma/GED required
✅ A strong understanding of DOT regulations and ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
✅ Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
✅ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
✅ Must be adaptable and capable of problem-solving on the go, especially when dealing with weather or route changes
✅ Willingness to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
