What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Present and promote Barnsco products and services to existing and new customers, identifying and closing deals in your territory.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture lasting connections with customers, focusing on long-term partnerships and increasing market share.
- Lead the Way: Generate leads, cold call potential clients, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from quote to close.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery, customer satisfaction, and follow-up.
- Stay on Top: Manage a structured call schedule, follow up on leads, and prepare dynamic sales reports while consistently hitting your targets.
- Represent Excellence: Participate in marketing events like trade shows and seminars, representing the Barnsco brand at its best.
- Sales Experience: 3 years in outside sales (construction and/or equipment rental experience is a big plus!)
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the construction industry or equipment operations is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with professional selling skills.
- Independent & Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work independently without constant supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and business systems to track progress and report results.
- Drive & Passion: A motivated individual who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
- License & Clean Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
