We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Substitute Teacher. As a Substitute Teacher, you will step into classrooms and provide valuable support to both students and faculty. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively in the absence of the regular teacher. You will be responsible for following lesson plans, maintaining order, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide instruction to students in a variety of subjects as needed.
- Ensure that students complete their assignments and participate in classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.
