Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support and facilitate our Financial Advisor's business. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and prior experience in the Financial Services industry. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the processing of our Financial Advisor's business with the goal of taking administrative tasks off the plate of our Financial Advisor.
Responsibilities
- General responsibility is to take administrative tasks off the plate of our Financial Advisor.
- Opening investment accounts and processing life insurance applications for clients.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for our Financial Advisor.
- Making outbound phone calls to prospects and clients to schedule appointments.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client engagement and the operations of business.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is required.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring high-quality output.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required.
