The Agency Supervision Training Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring that all agency trainings are completed and aligned with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking requirements for Finra CE and NRF's pertaining to all associates and advisors, conducting initial reviews and monitoring CSR System and checks, updating Career agents in agency systems, and preparing scheduled PI and DO documents for the Compliance Team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with a team as well as individually, and a can-do, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years of internship or work experience, and an insurance background. Experience editing PDFs is also preferred.
