What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Day Habilitation Program position at Baroco Corporation?
Since 1983 Baroco has been providing Day Services to adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. The Program Director position is a salary based; hours are typically 8:00am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday 40 hours a week. The Program Director receives 24 paid PTO days and 9 paid holidays. No nights or weekends. Baroco can offer professional growth opportunities.
The Program Director provides direct oversight and management of all aspects of the program, working directly with the individuals and teammates in the program, writing Day Hab Service Plans and remaining in compliance with Mass Health regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field strongly preferred or high school diploma and six years of relevant experience with three years in a supervisory role, in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
