Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
