Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients to generate leads and expand sales of commercial electronic security solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce or other sales management software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within networking and security sector.
- Strong skills in cold calling, business development, and account management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to our products and services.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- Familiarity with market dynamics and trends relevant to network and security installation sales.
- A valid driving license and clean background check (Virginia DCJS required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
